Triumph HealthCare is committed to an ongoing quality and performance improvement program to evaluate the quality, safety and effectiveness of the care delivered to our medically complex patient population. Each hospital in the Triumph system collects standard performance improvement data that is used to benchmark the hospital's performance against itself as well as the other hospitals in the system. Best practices are identified and shared so that systems and processes that relate to the safe and effective deliver of patient care can be continually improved. This continuous improvement process is an important part of our commitment to our Mission, Vision and Core Values to assure every life is improved.
