Opened in April of 2008, Northland LTAC Hospital is a 35 bed freestanding facility conveniently located in the Northland on route 169 in Kansas City, MO. Our new facility offers a state of the art hospital in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
With a 6 bed High Observation Unit and 2 Medical/Surgical units, Northland LTAC Hospital brings specialized treatment of the medically complex, ventilator dependant, complex wound and critically ill to the Northland.
Our team of experienced healthcare professionals including; physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, case managers and other professionals are dedicated to developing an delivering individualized care plans focused on recovery and returning each patient to their optimal level of health and function.
