MeadowBrook Specialty Hospital of Lafayette is a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Hospital, dedicated to providing specialized acute care for medically complex patients. Patients are chronically ill, suffering from multiple conditions ranging from cardiac, neurological, pulmonary (including ventilator dependency), brain injury and non-healing or chronic wounds. We offer specialized treatment programs and aggressive clinical and therapeutic intervention on a 24-hour/7-day-a-week basis at two convenient locations. Our main campus is a freestanding 50 bed hospital, including 6 beds for critical care, located at 204 Energy Parkway, just off of W. Pinhook at E. Kaliste Saloom. MeadowBrook's second location is our 18 bed satellite location inside of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital on St. Landry Street.
