Welcome to Triumph Hospital Dallas. We are a 60 bed freestanding LTAC hospital conveniently located off of I-75 and Meadow Road, one block north of Walnut Hill Lane. We offer a premier, state-of-the-art 20 bed Intensive Care Unit, and all private rooms. Our medical staff is made up of Dallas’ finest intensivists and specialists, many listed in D Magazine’s “Top Physicians in Dallas”.
Our focus is on treating patients with serious medical issues that require intense, specialized treatment for an extended period of time. Patients are routinely transferred to us from intensive or critical care units with the goal to help each patient reach their fullest potential.
Triumph’s experienced, multi-discipline team of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, case managers and therapists are dedicated to developing and delivering customized care plans that focus on achieving your optimal health goals.
