We are a 72-bed specialty hospital for the medically complex, chronically ill, or catastrophically injured patient for whom short-term acute care is no longer an option. Our hospital is ideally located in the Medical Center and surrounded by many hotels and restaurants. Our 65 bed Medical Surgical Unit includes large rooms with private bathrooms equipped with handicapped accessible showers. We also have a state of the art seven bed licensed Intensive Care Unit. We strive for ACLS certification for all our Registered Nurses. We bridge the gap between the short term acute hospitals and rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long term care and home. With a team of physicians, nurse, pharmacists, dietitians, case mangers and allied health professionals, we take a multidisciplinary approach to achieving your health goals. Upon admission, we will develop and implement a customized patient care plan that ensures that all of our resources and energies are focused on achieving optimal outcomes.
