Our goal at Triumph Hospital Victoria is to provide exceptional care while doing what is best for the patient. Triumph Hospital Victoria is located on the 3rd floor of DeTar Hospital. This hospital within a hospital location allows for our patients to get the highest standard of care. If your loved one needs Surgery, a CT Scan, a MRI or other procedure it is just an elevator ride away. With over 100 physicians on staff, it is likely that we have your primary care physician as well as your specialist on staff. Physicians visit you daily to facilitate your plan of care and progression. Our clinical staff is very experienced with some of our nurses and therapist having worked at Triumph since we opened in 1997. The interdisciplinary team of Nurses, Therapists, Dieticians, Wound Care Specialists, Case Managers, Pharmacists and Physicians work together to develop your individualized plan of care. Triumph’s nursing staffs of Register Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) along with the Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are dedicated to caring for your loved one. Our Respiratory staff includes, Respiratory Therapists 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that are experienced in ventilator weaning and respiratory disorders. Our wound care team includes a certified wound care nurse who leads a team of well experienced clinicians that specialize in wound healing and are educated in the latest wound care techniques. Our rehabilitation staff of physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists, certified occupational therapy assistants, speech language pathologist and therapy aids work with the team to get you back up and moving.
